Limited Use disclosure

Userforms' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, with respect to data we access via the Google Business Profile API:

• We use the data only to provide and improve the user-facing feature you authorised — importing your Google Business Profile reviews into your Userforms organization for analysis.
• We do not transfer the data except to provide that feature and only with your consent, for security investigations, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition after explicit prior consent.
• We do not allow humans to read the data unless you have given affirmative consent for specific content (for example, when you ask our support team to look at a particular review), or where required for security or by law.
• We do not transfer or sell the data to third parties such as advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
• We do not use the data for advertising — including retargeting, personalised ads, or interest-based ads.
• We do not use the data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.
• We do not use the data — raw, aggregated, anonymised, or derived — for AI/ML model training, including personalised AI features.
