Terms of Service

Last updated: May 23, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Userforms, operated by Userforms Inc. ("Userforms," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Userforms to violate any law, infringe any intellectual property right, or harass any person.
  • Use Userforms to send spam, malware, or any unsolicited commercial messages.
  • Attempt to break the security of the platform, probe other tenants' data, or interfere with normal operation.
  • Re-sell, sublicense, or scrape the Userforms service itself.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of all data you bring into Userforms, including feedback content, customer messages, and any data fetched via authorized integrations such as the Google Business Profile API. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and analyse that data only as needed to provide the service.

5. Third-party services

Userforms integrates with third-party services such as Google, Stripe, and LLM providers. Your use of those services is additionally governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for changes to their APIs that affect Userforms.

6. Subscription, billing, refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the cadence you choose. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not refund partial periods unless required by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms or that put the platform at risk. Where reasonably possible we'll give you advance notice and a chance to cure the breach.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Userforms is not a substitute for your own product or legal judgment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes we'll notify account holders by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
