Google reviews analysis: import and read every review
Import Google reviews for any business on Google Maps, or sync your own Business Profile, and read them by topic and tone alongside your surveys.
Connecting Google reviews
Review imports are on the Plus and Pro plans. Google Business Profile sync is on Pro.
Step 1
Open Reviews and add a source, then choose Google reviews.
Step 2
Search for the business by name. Any business on Google Maps works, including a competitor you want to compare with.
Step 3
Userforms imports its public reviews in the background and keeps checking for new ones.
Step 4
If you manage the listing, connect your Google Business Profile instead to import through Google's official API.
What you get
Any listing on Google Maps
Your own locations, or a competitor down the road, read the same way.
Your Business Profile, officially
Connect the Google account that manages your listing for a complete, chronological import.
Every location side by side
Add each site's listing and compare what customers say at each one.
Topics, without tagging
Each reply is filed under the things it mentions, in a topic tree you can rename, merge or split.
Tone on every mention
A review that praises the room and complains about check-in counts as both, each with its own tone.
What changed
A briefing compares each topic's share of the conversation and its tone with the period before.
Ask in plain words
Ask a question and get an answer from your own replies, with the ones it relied on shown.
Who uses it most
Restaurants, cafés & bars
Reservations, private dining requests and diner feedback.
Hotels, travel & tours
Booking enquiries, pre-arrival details and guest feedback.
Clinics & healthcare
Patient intake, appointment requests and visit feedback.
Home services & trades
Quote requests, job booking and after-job reviews.
